Are you planning a trip to Norway? Why spend hours or days in vain looking for your favourite bird?
The fieldbiologist at Wildnature is a keen and acknowledged birder with 15+ years of experience and travelling to look for birds in Norway.
I am a member of the Norwegian 300+ club, which means that I have seen more than 300 bird species in the country,
something just a few of Norwegian birders have managed until now.
This means that I know the localities well and how to find almost every bird species breeding in Norway fairly easy,
of course depending a bit on the time of the year.
I am also a keen world birder, so I know what is needed to make a successful trip abroad and what is important when birding outside your own country.
The Fieldbiologist has a master of science degree in zoology,
and together with my general interest in nature this knowledge will make your trip into something more than "just" a birding tour.
The fieldbiologist is also the author of a region locality guide (Møre & Romsdal) for birds and mammals in Norway
- "Where to find birds and mammals in Møre & Romsdal".
This is one of very few locality guides for Norway.
Unfortunately published in Norwegian only, but a translation is planned.
For shorter or longer trips, just to see the localities or targeting "hard to find" species,
please contact the fieldbiologist, Eirik Grønningsæter at EG@wildnature.no with dates and where/what you priorities are,
to check the availability of my services.
C-ya!
